  • Can the booth be moved to different locations *during* an event?
    No, the booth requires a stable setup in one location for the duration of the event. Relocating to another venue, for a same-day additional event is absolutely possible with the right planning.
  • What happens if there’s a power outage at the venue?
    We require a dedicated power source, but we also carry a backup battery system to prevent disruptions during your event.
  • Do you require WiFi at the venue for instant sharing?
    While WiFi is a nice option to have available, but rest assured,, we bring our own dedicated mobile hotspot to ensure instant video sharing. If the venue has inhibits service and there is not any WiFi connectivity, videos will be sent post-event, or as soon as the network re-connects to our service.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    For the Essential and Enhanced packages, We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for peak seasons (holidays, wedding season, corporate event season). Depending on the scale and complexities of The VibeTriibe Experience activation, we recommend 12-16 weeks minimum. Some custom pieces may need to be ordered internationally and that’s needs to be taken into consideration. (Remember! -What you invest in planning ahead of time, will be made up for - in your wallet!)
  • Can guests re-record if they’re not happy with their video?
    Of course! Guests are welcome to redo their session to ensure they’re happy with their video before sharing.
  • What if a guest loses their video? Can they retrieve it later?
    Yes! All videos are stored in a private online gallery and can be accessed after the event via a custom link, QR Code or AI application.

    Yes! We travel within California and beyond. Travel fees apply for events outside a 30-mile radius of Antioch, CA.

  • What is AI recognition and what can it do?
    AI recognition software for a 360photobooth/Videography/ Photography enhances the experience by adding automation, personalization, and engagement features. Here’s what it can do: Face & Gesture Recognition – Detects faces, smiles, or specific gestures to trigger effects, animations, or start/stop recording. Background Removal (AI Green Screen) – Automatically replaces the background with digital scenes without needing a physical green screen.     Yes! We create a live digital gallery where all videos can be viewed by during a live event and/or post-event, either by QR code or AI Software.
  • Do you provide slow-motion and special effects?
    Yes! We use high-quality software to apply slow-motion, filters, overlays, and branding to every video.
  • How do guests receive their videos?
    We have 2 options. 1.Guests can instantly share their videos via text, email, QR code, or AirDrop for quick social media sharing. 2. If AI recognition software is added on for use during an event, any videos and photos captured at the event will automatically share to clients chosen device/phone number/email using facial recognition.)
  • Do you offer themed props and backdrops?
    Yes! We provide a variety of super premium quality props And our standard backdrop is an elegant 12 foot pipe and drape design. However, if you have a specific theme, we would love to work with you to procure the exact items you want/need to keep with that theme. We can also create custom-themed backdrops upon request. (See “Customization and Branding for Business” Section)
  • Do you require power at the venue?
    Yes, we need access to a standard power outlet (120V) within 50 feet of the setup area.
  • How long does setup and breakdown take?
    The essential Package: A minimum of 1.5 hours pre-event arrival time. A minimum allowance of 1 hour for breakdown, clean up and departure From event space. The Enhanced Package: A minimum of 3 hours pre-event arrival time. (Depending on scale of planned event, more time and/or more staff may be required to meet event start time. Please be sure to disclose this vital information in your consultation. This ensures adequate planning, staffing and resources can be acquired to facilitate a more efficient and seamless set up. While we always plan and prepare for a smooth and seamless execution, some variables that can occur that may affect Setup and breakdown times are (but not limited to): Venue Access: Delays in accessing due to restrictions, late availability, or miscommunication with venue staff. Technical issues: Equipment such as cameras, printers, lighting or network/wifi connectivity not functioning properly, or unexpected software glitches. Power Supply: Inadequate or inaccessible power outlets, or the need for extension cords or back up power sources. Space constraints: Limited or awkwardly shaped spaces that make it difficult to position the photo boothPhoto Booth/ event set up attractively or ensure optimal lighting. Unforeseen Conditions: Weather challenges for outdoor events, or unexpected venue layouts differing from initial plans. Venue Clean up requirements; Additional tasks such as cleaning up the area or removing leftover debris (confetti/bubble formula) especially when its unexpected or not part of the initial agreement.
  • Can you provide outdoor experiences?
    Yes, but we require a clean, flat, covered area (unless experience already includes a custom covering in case of weather conditions (wind, rain, or extreme heat).
  • Is an attendant included with the rental?
    Yes! Our professional attendants handle setup, guest assistance, and troubleshooting throughout the event. There are always 2 attendants on site for The Essential and Enhanced Packages. Whereas 3-4 attendants (or more) are necessary for our larger activations.
  • How much space is required for the 360 photo booth?
    The Essential Package: A minimum of 14x14 square feet of space and clean flat surface is required for proper setup and functionality. The Enhanced/The VibeTribe Experience Packages: A minimum of 20x 20 square feet of space and clean flat surface is required for proper setup.   • How does the 360 photo booth work?

    Guests stand on a platform while a camera rotates around them, recording a high-quality video with slow-motion effects, and music. The completed videos then stream to the viewing/sharing station (with attendant) where they can be shared, uploaded via text, email or QR code. (If AI package is included in service, any videos and photos captured at the event will automatically share to clients chosen device/phone number/email using facial recognition.)
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    At The VibeTribe Experience, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, however due to the custom nature of our services, we have implemented the following cancellation policy to ensure fairness for both parties. 1. Nonrefundable deposits: All deposits are nonrefundable, except in extreme and unforeseen circumstances, as determined by our discretion, this policy helps cover initial planning, inventory procurement, and preparatory work completed on your event. 2. Refund Amounts based on Work Completed: Refunds beyond the deposit if applicable will be considered on a case by case basis. The refund will be calculated based on the amount of work already completed, the cost of inventory purchased specifically for your event, and any applicable reshelving or restocking fees we incur by our vendors. 3. Proximity to Event Date: Depending on the season -Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, less the costs The VibeTribe Experience has incurred. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for refunds as resources, staffing and scheduling have already been committed. We strive to create truly unforgettable events for all of our clients, and every detail we procure and prepare is carefully customized for your unique celebration. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding this policy, which allows us to continue delivering the exceptional quality and service that defines The VibeTribe Experience.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    Due to the custom nature of our services, we do require a deposit to secure and procure the bespoke elements that make each experience uniquely tailored to your vision. Following a signed and approved service contract: Deposit amounts are as follows: Event quotes totaling up to, but not exceeding $3500.00- 30% deposit is required to secure your dates and personalized inventory, with the remaining balance due no later than 7 days before your event. Event quotes totaling up to, but not exceeding $5500.00- 40% deposit is required, with remaining balance due, no later than 14 days before your event. Event quote total in excess of +$7500.00- 50% deposit is required, with remaining balance due, no later than 14 days before your event. IF SUBMITTING DEPOSIT VIA CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR WIRE TRANSFER, EVENT DATES ARE HELD FOR UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS. In international cases, up to 7 business days.
